All care has been taken to preserve the text in exactness, and to duly record the appropriate verse numbers as per the original text. The arrangement of the verses into lines and the insertion of returns to split up the phraseology of the etext has been at the discretion and the judgement of the editor, PRF Brown (Pete Brown) of Mountain Man Graphics, Australia, during the course of reviewing the task through the progression of each of the 100 chapters of the publication.
There was no funding for this project, it has been accomplished in the spirit of planetary good_will and as a contribution to the resources available on the net to the students of life.
No doubt there will dawn a day when, by switching on what was previously known as the television set, one will gain access to the world wide web. When that day arrives, it will give me great pleasure to know that I may be considered of assistance in the endeavour of bringing "The Gospel of Buddha" (and other publications of peace and of great souls) to the peoples of the world.
All the Buddhas teach the same truth.
They point out the path to those who go astray.
The truth is our hope and comfort.
We gratefully accept its illumitable light. [100:2]
All the Buddhas are one in essence,
Which is omnipresent in all modes of being,
Sanctifying the bonds that tie all souls together,
And we rest in its bliss as our final refuge. [100.3]
May your footsteps find their way to journey's end.
And may the Age of Information dawn within.
Peace.
