Subject: Why did the universe end where man knows not to go?

If you hang a pendulum clock on a wall next to another pendulum clock, both will tend to synchronize their motions. This is due to tiny vibrations carried by the wall and/or through the air. The clocks must be close to the same resonant frequency in order to frequency and phase lock, but it is a common occurance. One guitar string, say E, will sympathetically begin to vibrate if it is exposed to vibrations near its resonant frequency ie, from another guitar nearby playing E.
So, what we do know is that naturally resonant systems will vibrate in tune with resonances near their natural frequency as this occurs over and over in nature. The study as you know is vibration analysis, and dynamic systems and goes by other names as well. What is interesting is the way a system undergoes wave amplification of the resonance if it is near the natural frequency of the resonant object.
What I would like to know is how and why, with so many orders of magnitude of scale left down to what we might consider "zero", the universe ended when it got to sub atomic matter? In other words, quantum mechanics tells me that particles are not real, resonant part particle, part wave like objects and instead that all of a sudden, to be nice to mankind nature became an equation, or a wave function?
Or, is it that we just aren't resourceful enough to figure out what these sub atomic resonances look like that we have our heads in the sand denying even the possibility that sub atomic matter has the qualities of resonance, motion, and real position and real momentum. It is not quite the same as considering the trajectory of a baseball if one is studying an object that is disperse and radially resonating, but for any such object there is a well defined center of convergent collapse. So, despite the motions of such an object it does make sense to talk about where it is and how fast it is moving. It also makes sense that on interacting with the surrounding nodal structure of space, that it will not move in a simple straight line as it is struck from various sides with excesses of energy (more accurately, quanta in motion which convey momentum and therefore also kinetic energy on impact).
So, my single question is, even if such a concept is not correct, it is certainly not ruled out. So, why do we have our heads in the sand ignoring the possibility instead of studying what the geometries of these resonances might look like in an attempt to figure them out?
When physicists do, they will learn, finally, that gravitation is a result of nuclear absorptions of resonant energy which are much like simple filtering of energy and which provide a net thrust away from the origin of the noisy energy, space. Gravitation is a differential force.

Subject: Where does Mass Go?

In all of the stars in the universe, nuclear reactions advance and create heavier elements out of lighter ones and in the process convert mass into energy. There is no intuitive model for what energy is made of, it is said to just be a measure of an ability to do work.
Now the amount of mass converted to energy each year is substantial via these processes and it is emitted out into space. Thus, space, in its energy content, posseses the equivalent of a tremendous amount of mass. Light is bent by gravitational fields and so therefore it is massive in the relativistic sense. Thus, space is made of mass, relativisticly speaking. Now if relativistic mass is simply vaporized mass which travels at the speed of light, doesn't this sound like aether?
Further, isn't it obvious that Entropy is the one way direction of this exchange in our current universal expansion epoch?
What am I missing here? Seems pretty plain to me.

If one assumes that sub atomic matter is not nice quiet stuff, then it follows directly that it must be resonant. Further, there is only one direction in which the resonances can manifest and that is in essence (ie from a distance ignoring near in variances) radial. For this reason, if all matter is resonant radially, then there will manifest in space a geometric nodal structure of standing waves which is shaped by matter moving through space.
Thus, inertia would then be the result of the flywheel effect of these resonances as the particles expand and contract within the nodal structure and to alter the velocity of a body would require that one slow down or speed up the sub atomic resonances. Thus, gravitational and inertial mass would be rigourously identical as they would both be the result of all of the sub atomic matter making up the structure of the body in question.
Further, the nodal structure would be responsible for the nuclear force of confinement of matter which would be condensed out of the quantum vacuum fluctuations, or, aether. This nodal structure IS the pilot waves spoken of by de Broglie and Bohm and it guides particles not because particles are told to go here or there by a weak interaction. Rather, they move in those directions because the nodal structure is what confines the energy in the sub atomic matter in question.
The contained energy is highly pressurized, condensed, aether. And inertia is the resonance thereof and the meshing of that resonance in the pilot wave nodal structure of space. This leads directly to the observation of the curvature of space due to gravitation if one looks at the shape of the emissions as they expand out into space.
