And
here we are - once again - poised at the PointOfTakeOff:
When the swell is pushing through from over the horizon,
and the
waves are calling from the edge of the morning,
you just gotta get out
there
and immersed in the Natural Energy of the
Surf.
How fortunate are we who have flowed as a
part this natural elemental harmony;
who have known the face of
limitless freedom.
But when the light retires or the swell drops,
then follow the path
of the Inner Worlds
and Reflect on the Elemental Nature of
Nature.
Today's world is one of great change,
and tomorrow's is
on it's way from beyond distant horizons.
Handle the changes by putting
them in perspective
with the changelessness of the Surf:

Beyond
the Touch Of Earth {Food}, the Taste Of Water {Water} and the Smell Of Air
{Breath of Life}, our senses of hearing & sight bring to our "Flame" the
sounds & visions of the OuterWorld & of Life. And it is within this
"Flame" that the meanings of the WrittenWord and Images of the OuterWorld and
of CyberSpace live, and breath and thirst and hunger for Form.
It
is to our Inner Nature that all things return for reflection. And it is our
Inner Nature which houses the vastness of the sky; the beauty of the Dawn; and
the Power of Love. It is up to us - for those who wish it to live then it will
live. And for those for whom it does not exist, either not knowing or caring,
then it does not exist. And is this not the way of the world? And would anyone
have it any other way?
One
of the greatest things returned to the Surfer should be "PEACE". The peace
after the session where the Energy of the Surf still diffuses through the soul, where the wall and
the face find themselves again in the balance of the memory, where visions of
the breaking waves and the watery world of SURF still flicker and flow through
the mind, still rise & fall to the beat of the heart and rekindle, as the
SunShine, the rhythm of the breath.
