--a moment of harmony against a greater majesty of silence.
My Work is to be a priest for the Principle of Indeterminacy.
My Work is to call forth the Feminine Principle
from within the psychic heart of Matter.
My Work is to be a priestess for Sophia,
a channel through which her myth enters the world again.
My Work is to bring forth the Androgynous Spirit
who affirms that the body and soul are One.
My Work is to attune myself to that truth and become a Star.
My Work is to remember the Source from which I came.
My Work is to perceive that Source in the texture and substance of all
things.
My Work is to kindle a holy fire within the invisible Earth.
My Work is to deal with the question of evil, the question of God.
My Work is to separate myself from the negredo of the alchemists,
to become the hermetic wisdom hidden in the heart.
My Work is to forget all that I have ever been
as I return to this faraway land where all myths end.
My Work is to remember.
My Work is to immerse myself in confusion and fight with wild cobras.
My Work is to rise with the Sun and bless this land with light.
