Tender unto mother Thou came
As the Guru of silentness
And made me aware that
Thou and I are not entities separate.
Thus did Thou prevent me
From straying into worldly ways
And protected me as Thy liege child.
Oh! God Supreme!
Is there anything that I can do to recompense Thee,
Impoverished that I am to the extreme?
