Oh Lord, whose Feet have turned crimson
By adoration of celestials all!
Oh! Thou, of triple eyes, sugarcane sweet!
Thine holy ears which have listened
To the Tamil *[1] of the Three *[2]
Whose every word is sweeter
Than that which went before,
Will they ever turn to hear
The words of this fool that blabbers?
